دانشگاه هنر ایران هنر مدیریت سبز 2717-0756 1 2 2022 08 23 An Investigation in the Construction Pattern of a Sustainable and Ideal City Achiveing the Sustainable Development by Applying the Green Architecture Concept and Modern Construction Technologies بررسی الگوی ساخت شهر پایداربا تکیه بر معماری سبز و فناوری‌های نوین 81 108 961 10.30480/agm.2021.3595.1013 FA سمیه عیدیان مدیریت پروژه و ساخت. دانشکده معماری. علاءالدوله سمنانی. گرمسار. ایران Journal Article 2021 06 27 In reviewing the categories discussed in the theoretical literature, including theoretical foundations and research background, using a combination of findings from library studies and conducting initial interviews, the list of factors affecting the sustainable city in 102 cases identified after reviewing the opinion of experts in the first group 4 Dimensions of parks and green spaces, urban design, transportation and buildings were achieved, which in the second group of experts, the dimension of "new technologies in the city" was achieved.In fact, due to the quantitative aggregation of opinions, it was selected in this study. These characteristics were then upgraded to 5 factors during the Delphi stages, which were confirmed as factors of sustainable urban construction.<br /><br />In this study, first, the required data were evaluated and analyzed after classification and extraction using statistical methods applying survey methods and through combined techniques (interview and questionnaire), according to the statistical population of experts,. To hypothesize the impact of known variables on the sustainable city by the statistical community of engineers and explain the extent of their impact.<br /><br />The results show that in order to achieve the construction of a sustainable and ideal city for sustainable development with the help of green architecture and new construction technologies, according to the combined analysis conducted in this study, the factors of buildings, transportation, parks and Green spaces, urban design and new technologies should be addressed and then effective steps should be taken towards the development and construction of a sustainable and ideal city by planning for these factors. The other finding of this research goes on step dipper and investigates sub-criteria of these five elements and their influence on sustainable city. آرمان­گرایی از ویژگی­های اصلی بشر و محرک اصلی در زندگی اوست. می­توان با شناخت انسان و نیازهای او به معماری مطلوب رسید تا به پایداری انرژی و تولید انرژی پاک، صرفه ­جویی در مصرف انرژی، کاهش تخریب محیط‌ زیست و سیمای مطلوب شهری و کاهش آلودگی هوا دست یافت. از طریق طراحی­ های نوین، فناوری­های روز، معماری سبز و زیرساخت­های جدید و هوشمند مجهز، می­توان الگوهای متداول ساخت ­و­ساز و حمل­ و­نقل را بهبود بخشید تا با ایجاد محیطی مطلوب، کیفیت زندگی ارتقاء یابد و با داشتن ساختمان­های سبز، پایدار و هوشمند به معماری و شهرسازی پایدار رسید. روش پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر روش تحلیل آمیخته است. به ­منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ساخت شهر پایدار،‌ ضمن مرور مفاهیم مطرح شده در ادبیات نظری شامل مبانی نظری و پیشینه تحقیق، با ترکیب یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و انجام مصاحبه‌های اولیه با 13 نفر متخصص حوزه شهرسازی، معماری و عمران  عوامل موثر بر ساخت شهر پایدار­ شناسایی شده است. این خصوصیات در 3 دور با روش تحقیق دلفی انجام شد و 5 عامل به ­دست آمد. در ادامه به ­منظور شناسایی اولویت تاثیرگذاری 384 پرسش­نامه بین اعضای سازمان نظام مهندسی تکمیل شد و با روش تحقیق سلسله­ مراتبی داده ­ها بررسی شد. در ادامه به ­منظور تائید نتیجه، با استفاده از روش تحلیل استنباطی، فرضیان آزمون شد و تاثیر عامل­ها بر توسعه­ پایدار مورد تائید قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد برای رسیدن به ساخت شهر پایدار با استفاده از معماری سبز و فناوری­های نوین ساخت­و­ساز، باید به ­ترتیب به عوامل ساختمان‌ها، حمل‌ونقل، پارک‌ها و فضاهای سبز، طراحی شهری و فناوری‌های نوین پرداخته شود و سپس با برنامه ­ریزی برای این عوامل گام­های موثری در راستای توسعه و ساخت شهر پایدار برداشته شود. https://agm.journal.art.ac.ir/article_961_97150ce42cccf514095e473c290166dd.pdf
