Abstract

One of the areas that has changed dramatically with the advent of computer infrastructure is smart homes and buildings. In a smart home, with the integration of cloud computing technology and the extraction of information from the environment by sensors and actuators, various services such as IoT services are provided to users. Designing tools that allow end users to easily manage and manage a smart home is a critical issue for researchers in environmental intelligence and the Internet of Things. Because of the variety of solutions available, with their advantages and limitations, it is not easy to understand what requirements need to be effectively supported by end users. Success in designing and improving smart homes depends on considering the functional and user-centric aspects of smart technologies and requires understanding the real needs and different lifestyles of users. With the passage of time and the increasing expansion of human knowledge, it is necessary to pay attention to sustainable development and smart and new technologies. The systems in the smart building provide a functional and comfortable environment for its residents. By familiarizing and reviewing the factors influencing the implementation of smart homes, we can point to the alignment of these achievements with the foundations of sustainability. We implemented this technology in the country and in general it was concluded that at present, in the country, appropriate and homogeneous platforms for proper and principled implementation have not been created in order to achieve the basic and main goals of this technology. Finally, suggestions were provided for paving the way for the ease of implementation and acceptance of this technology in the country.
