Abstract

In order to overcome the adverse effects and effects of greenhouse gases, a greater share of renewable energy combinations should be allocated, so we need some tools that cause changes in the energy system. therefore, in this study, considering the policy objectives for renewable energies as well as variety of tools used for development in the world as well as native tools, adopting appropriate strategy using other countries' experiences in the form of environmental conditions and legal framework of Iran is proposed to provide support packages to develop renewable energies. in fact, the aim of this study is to identify policy tools for the development of renewable energies in Iran.
the method of this study is applicable in terms of addressee, is applicable and it is descriptive in terms of the purpose of managers and organizations and in terms of purpose, it is descriptive as it deals with the description of existing conditions and examining the experiences of other countries. to determine the share of renewable energy from the energy basket, the set of policy - making tools must be made to improve the use of renewable energy in Iran and with regard to inexpensive prices of oil and gas in Iran to develop the cost of renewable energy through renewable energies, it is possible to compete with fossil energies. in this thesis, the role of policy - making tools is important, in this research we have discussed the role.
