An Investigation in the Construction Pattern of a Sustainable and Ideal City Achiveing the Sustainable Development by Applying the Green Architecture Concept and Modern Construction Technologies
In reviewing the categories discussed in the theoretical literature, including theoretical foundations and research background, using a combination of findings from library studies and conducting initial interviews, the list of factors affecting the sustainable city in 102 cases identified after reviewing the opinion of experts in the first group 4 Dimensions of parks and green spaces, urban design, transportation and buildings were achieved, which in the second group of experts, the dimension of "new technologies in the city" was achieved.In fact, due to the quantitative aggregation of opinions, it was selected in this study. These characteristics were then upgraded to 5 factors during the Delphi stages, which were confirmed as factors of sustainable urban construction.
In this study, first, the required data were evaluated and analyzed after classification and extraction using statistical methods applying survey methods and through combined techniques (interview and questionnaire), according to the statistical population of experts,. To hypothesize the impact of known variables on the sustainable city by the statistical community of engineers and explain the extent of their impact.
The results show that in order to achieve the construction of a sustainable and ideal city for sustainable development with the help of green architecture and new construction technologies, according to the combined analysis conducted in this study, the factors of buildings, transportation, parks and Green spaces, urban design and new technologies should be addressed and then effective steps should be taken towards the development and construction of a sustainable and ideal city by planning for these factors. The other finding of this research goes on step dipper and investigates sub-criteria of these five elements and their influence on sustainable city.
